There’s a new field in the email templates: product nick name.
You can assign a product (or as we call them, item) a nick name by going to the details page on any item (eg https://www.zonmaster.com/items/xxxx). Underneath the thumbnail of the item will be a new field called ‘nickname’. If you click on the underlined part a little popup will appear where you can type in the name.

Is there a way to add a variable which includes the product link and the text should be the product nickname (not the real complete product title)??
