You can now send an email out to customers using the trigger of ‘returned’.
When an order is marked as returned all future emails yet to be sent are deleted for that order, but, you can add a special email if you wish to follow up with these customers.
Recently we’ve seen some issues with tracking packages sent in the UK via Royal Mail. We’re trying to address these in a new update.
Also, if a package has an ‘estimated’ (by Amazon) delivery date and the carrier is not giving us any information then we will set the package to delivered within a set window of time. That should enable emails to get sent out when they otherwise may have been missed.
We’ve added tracking info support for DHL SmartMail. Not too many orders are shipped via this method, but, from now they will have the full benefit of knowing exact shipment progress and delivery times!
